For many years I have held culinary demonstrations followed by relaxed taste-testings in my own home. The dishes I prepared were inspired by my Italian background – I was born and raised in Brescia, Northern Italy. The reviews of this dining experience were amazing; satisfied guests urged me to make the experience available to a wider audience. Here at Patrizia’s Italy Trattoria, I intend to recreate the warm and inviting atmosphere that people loved when they sat at my table. My cooking philosophy is to feature signature dishes of typical Italian regional cuisine, as well as creazioni speciali, dishes that depend on the daily catch or seasonally available produce.
The hallmark of Italian food is this: fresh, seasonal, semplice (simple). I fully embrace this philosophy because it means unforgettable cuisine – and because it is in my Italian blood.
